Let me guess, the host you were having trouble with was GoDaddy, I know I had plenty O trouble with them myself
Nope, actually it was ITXdesign.com who we’ve been with for over a decade. As they grew their business they sadly did not grow the support services and it got so bad that our sites were hacked and they had no clue. So, we moved to inmotionhosting.com, and so far so AWESOME. We got a VPS for the same price as a shared reseller acct at ITX. 🙂 – Angela, Weasel Wrangler Extraordinaire
