Think Weasel!

Here are a few of the figure sketches that I did at the Mellow Mushroom in Decatur a couple weeks ago. The first couple are quick studies done of actor Chris Burns dressed as Spider-Man. The last one is of his wife Miracole Burns, a makeup artist and professional costumer. I didn’t mess with the faces because of wanting to focus on the figure itself. While I have plenty of issues with the work, I’m pleased with the ink line quality and the general improvement in the figures from the last couple Drink & Draws. As long as I keep making progress, I can deal with the process.
