They turn out nice and crunchy too! The only problem is that the feathers cause a bit of dry mouth. Of course, a little bit of Mad Dog 20/20 will take care of that!

In my area, the afternoon temperature is 110 in the shade. I haven’t seen any roasted pigeons yet. Maybe the coyotes got them? I will say that roasted pigeon beats frying an egg on the sidewalk! LOL!
Coyotes love roasted pigeons almost as much as they love fresh roadrunner! 😉
