The basic concept I have for the Sunday Sketch is to challenge myself in some way with the drawing and/or to practice with marker shading. I’ve been wanting to do some fan art for the other artists’ I enjoy and this felt like a good match. Monster Commute is a great comic by Daniel S. Davis and I hope he gets a giggle from this! Just remember, the art is my work, but the characters and concepts are the copyright of Mr. Davis (no, not the Garfield one).
I scanned the comic before shading it, just in case I hammered it. I’m debating which on I like better, what do you think?
